Each item is hand made in the U.S.
and therefore is essentially a one-of-a-kind item custom
made just for you.
Remember: Because all our bags are handmade, sizes and colors may
vary slightly due to their custom nature.
Each leather pattern is unique to each bag. No two custom-made
bags are identical; each is one-of-a-kind.
All heights include the handle when upright.
Please pay attention to dimensions: except in group shots,
the sizes of the bags pictured are not relative to each
other.
Every Item is hand made and made to order and will be shipped
as soon as they are ready. Please allow up to 6 weeks for
delivery.
Shipping in the US will be paid by Julie Feldman via UPS
Ground. Shipping can take can take up to 2 weeks, unless
customer prefers to pay additional for 2 day delivery.
Please note that all sales are final. Returns/refunds will
not be accepted, except for cause.
For shipping to other countries or for special handling,
please contact SpecialHandling@JulieFeldmanDesigns.com
Any claims must be made within 72 hours
upon delivery of merchandise via email: claims@juliefeldmandesigns.com
and replacement will be sent upon return of the original
merchandise.
